Condo projects in Grand Turk

Grand Turk one of the up and coming islands of the Turks and Caicos, is home to three condo developments. These include:

• L'Emeraude Resort
• Cacique Royale Beach Resort
• Columbus Landing

They are all under construction, and now selling at pre-construction prices. It is the hope of the developers to increase more tourist traffic to the islands, while helping with the development of Grand Turk at the same time.
