Approved projects for 2010 in TCI

Many things have been happening in the Turks and Caicos Islands during this last year. As investors and even potential purchasers I know you are concerned about TCI’s developments and its future.

Therefore, I am compelled to informyou that the TCI Planning board has held its meeting for the end of the year and to date have considered a total of thirty nine (39) applications with a cost of $16,316,125 for development. This includes approval of four (4) on Ambergris Cay, five (5) in Grand Turk, One (1) for Middle Caicos and Twenty nine (29) on Providenciales. There were twenty eight applications that are conditional, six that have been refused, and five that were deferred to the new year. I hope that this will bring some light on what is happening in the islands in terms of future projects.
