Property Valuation

If you are considering or purchasing real estate in the Turks and Caicos Island, especially if you are seeking financial assistance from any of our local banks, you will be required to provide a valuation of the desired property of purchase from one of our accredited valuation companies. Today, Construction Advisory Services has announced the reduction in their fees with immediate effect. Properties with a value of up to $1,000,000.00 (One Million US dollars) will be as follows:

• Full valuation report - $350.00
• Updated valuation report - $150.00.

Any property with a value of more than the above will have to receive a quotation from their company. There are other companies that you can choose from but as this info has become available I thought it most fitting to present it to you my valued clients.
