Multiple Listing System (MLS) Tour 2013

It is that time again, where the Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association (TCREA) is now preparing for the upcoming Multiple Listing System Tour, where properties that are available for sale on the open market can get showcase. This year, the association has decided to focus on homes and townhomes. Starting the first week in October, a list will be provided each week to all members of TCREA of which I am apart of, with the schedule of homes available to see. This is the time now to get your homes listed for sale, and make the tour list.

The MLS tour aims to achieve the following:

• New Real Estate agents can familiarize themselves with the inventory before the busy season begins.
• All agents can view new properties that would have just became available for sale.
• Vendor can get pricing feedback on their properties, especially those that may have been on the market for an extended period, that they may adjust their prices accordingly.
• Buyers can have an opportunity to look at the available homes/townhomes/condos or commercial properties.
• It also acts as a social for agents, where we get to share property ideas with each other. Which can only benefit our service to our customers.

I am looking forward to the tour this year, as we view the many homes and town homes around the island of Providenciales.
