Let's Talk TCI Real Estate is a talk show, geared towards educating the public about the process of real estate in the Turks and Caicos. The show features different professionals from various sectors, discussing their roles in the real estate process. Guests from the community are also featured discussing various investment opportunities within the sister islands. Most times we focus on Providenciales which is the main hub for activities, but there are numerous opportunities to embrace if the decision to invest in those outer islands is pursued.

The show is hosted my myself, Vernica Delancy and the inspiration came because of the need to get more persons actively involved in investing in the Turks and Caicos Islands. I also thought that it would be a way to encourage self improvement, and encourage others to increase their assets and net worth.
