North Caicos is such a beautiful island in the Turks and Caicos Islands chain. It is the second-largest island in the TCI chain and is located between Providenciales and Middle Caicos.

Below is a list of some of the things that I think that you should expect to see if you decide to stay in North Caicos: 

• To start my list it would be a disservice if I don't start with its warm friendly people. 
• North Caicos also have good island authentic food. If you want to eat like the locals then North Caicos is the place to be. 
• NC has very small communities, comprising the communities of Kew, sandy point, Whitby, and Bottle Creek. 
• Beautiful beaches within the community of Sandy point and Whitby. Hollywood beach located in Whitby is one of my favorite relaxing spots. 
• Great soil. The island is ideal for large-scale farming. There are various farms on the islands including the government farm. But many residents still have lush fruitful gardens keeping up with the small-scale farming at home. It is always good when you can have organic produce from the farm on the table, it encourages a healthy lifestyle.
• North Caicos is also known for its medicinal remedies.
• Historical sites: you can visit the Wades Green Plantation, and Flamingo Pond as the birds migrate during the year, a wonderful experience. Also, Cottage Pond is a naturally formed sinkhole. 
• Infrastructure: there are paved roads and electricity. Actually, I think that North and Middle Caicos has some of the best roads. 
• There are more small-scale, mom-and-pop shops, but they supply the necessities. 
• Culture: residents are into craftwork using natural materials to weave baskets, and make hats and handbags to name a few. 
• For entertainment, there is always some form of community event going on. Fishing is also a great pastime activity on the island. I’ve done it. The thrill of catching fish is an experience worth having. How can I forget, that going crabbing is a must-try as well even if it means holding the bucket. 
• There are restaurants and bars that you can also hang out at.
• The cost of land is very affordable, making it easier for you to achieve your real estate investment goal.
